Christine DiGregorio is an Associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group.  She focuses her practice on insurance defense and no-fault insurance fraud matters.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Christine was an attorney at a mid-sized firm in Manhattan, where she focused her practice in professional liability. She handled claims as a third-party administrator for professional liability insurers under professional liability policies and gained experience representing insurers as monitoring counsel, including analyzing coverage, assessing liability and exposure, and productively encouraging early resolution of claims.

While in law school, Christine was a member of Touro Law Review, and also interned in the office of the late Honorable Judge Leonard Wexler in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Christine graduated summa cum laude from her class.

Christine is actively involved in her community where she serves as assistant village prosecutor, representing the Village of Lynbrook to facilitate fair and reasonable outcomes in various disputes.  In her spare time, you can find Christine at Orangetheory Fitness, or spending time with her family and friends.
