Domenick J. Pesce is an Associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group. He focuses his practice on insurance defense and no-fault insurance fraud matters.

Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Domenick served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office. During his time there, Domenick prosecuted a wide array of misdemeanor and felony cases including both violent and non-violent offenses. Domenick handled all aspects of prosecution, including criminal investigations, search warrants, grand jury presentations and evidentiary pre-trial hearings. Throughout his time as a prosecutor, he also completed numerous jury and non-jury trials to verdict.

Domenick is a graduate of the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal and President of the Hofstra Law Division of the Federal Bar Association.
