Attorney Profile

Felicia Pasculli

Felicia Pasculli

Counsel

Felicia Pasculli concentrates in the areas of elder law, special needs law and trusts and estates.

The American Bar Association-accredited National Elder Law Foundation named Felicia a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA), where she is one of only approximately 500 nationwide.

Felicia chose to focus on elder law after seeing how our culture’s bureaucratic system failed her own mother and father, both of whom suffered from dementia. She has since devoted her career advocating for the rights of elders, including those with dementia or cognitive impairments and children with special needs.

Selected as the Lawyer of the Year for Elder Law by Best Lawyers, Felicia has since 2011 been named a New York Metro-area Super Lawyer. Super Lawyers named her to its list of Top 100 Attorneys in the New York Metro area each year since 2022 and in 2025, Felicia was named to the Top 50 Women list.

Felicia is a founder of the Long Island Alzheimer’s Foundation and the Family Council at the Northport VA Medical Center. She is a member of the Executive Committee of the Elder Law & Special Needs section of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). She has lectured extensively for NAELA, NYSBA, and the New York State Women’s Bar Association. Her topics have included the intersection of public benefits like Medicaid and VA pension, community and nursing home Medicaid, Asset Protection Trusts, and Advance Directives.

Felicia believes in providing compassionate, creative, and comprehensive solutions for her clients’ needs.
