Gregory Miller is the partner-in-charge of Rivkin Radler’s New Jersey office. He serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group and is a former member of the firm’s executive committee. Greg has more than 25 years of experience in civil litigation and corporate counseling, including trial and appellate work involving complex commercial matters, intellectual property and insurance law disputes.

His practice includes litigating contractual, business torts and shareholder and partnership disputes. He represents pharmaceutical and other corporate clients in a wide variety of intellectual property and other matters, including restrictive covenants, unfair competition, trade secrets, copyright, trademark and patent cases. He provides counsel and drafting advice in connection with business ventures, including supply and licensing, distribution, confidentiality, employment and other agreements. He also has provided advice and acted as New Jersey counsel in more than 100 Hatch-Waxman and other patent infringement disputes.

Greg also represents and defends physicians, medical groups, laboratories and other licensed providers in a wide range of healthcare, administrative and business law matters including Medicare/Medicaid audits and fraud investigations, private payer audits and appeals, medical staff discipline, credentialing and peer review and professional licensing. His work also focuses on False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback litigation, internal investigations and regulatory compliance issues. He also regularly advises small business owners and entrepreneurs in the formation, sale and purchase of healthcare practices.

In addition, Greg has significant experience representing companies in the nutraceutical and supplement space, including consumer claims and class actions. Greg’s practice also includes litigating complex insurance coverage disputes and subrogation claims, including environmental and catastrophic claims, and bad faith actions.

After graduating from Colgate University, Greg attended the University of Tulsa College of Law, from which he graduated as a member of the Tulsa Law Review and the Phi Delta Phi Honors Fraternity. He also received a certification in Resources, Energy and Environmental Law from the National Energy & Environmental Law Policy Institute.
