Katherine Lalor is an Associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group with deep experience in No-Fault Insurance Law.

Prior to joining the firm, Katherine was an in-house counsel associate at an insurance company. She represented the company at arbitration hearings, conducted Examinations Under Oath, and investigated fraudulent no-fault claims. She also defended consumers against deceptive labeling by manufacturers.

While obtaining her Juris Doctor from Touro Law Center, Katherine served as a judicial intern in Suffolk County Supreme Court for the Honorable H. Patrick Leis III. She was also a law intern at Touro Law Center’s Mortgage Foreclosure Clinic, where she assisted Long Island homeowners facing foreclosure. Additionally, Katherine served as a senior staff member for Touro Law Center’s Law Review, Vice President of the Labor & Employment Law Club, and Student Ambassador for the Nassau Lawyers Association.

Katherine received her bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University.
