As an Associate in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group, Kyle represents insurance companies in complex litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels.

Prior to joining the firm, Kyle was an Associate at a commercial litigation firm in Jacksonville. He served as a Law Clerk for the then-Chief Judge of the Family Law Division at the Fourth Judicial Circuit Courts of Florida – Duval County. Kyle was also a Compliance Analyst at the corporate home office of an international fashion retailer. He also served as a Legal Intern at the Office of Disciplinary Counsel of the Supreme Court of Ohio.

Kyle earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University and a Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law. He became a member of The Florida Bar in 2021.

As a former collegiate athlete, Kyle understands the importance of collaboration, communication, dependability, diligence, efficiency, leadership, loyalty, and problem solving. He strives to always incorporate these attributes into his practice and representation of clients. During his free time, Kyle enjoys exercising, traveling, keeping up with his favorite professional sports teams, and spending quality time with his family and friends.
