Priscilla Kam is a Partner in Rivkin Radler’s Insurance Fraud Practice Group. She focuses her practice on complex insurance fraud litigation in both federal and state court, and assists insurers in prosecuting civil lawsuits under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act. Priscilla has also successfully defended insurance carriers in litigation and arbitrations involving complex insurance fraud schemes.

Priscilla was named a New York Rising Star by Super Lawyers from 2017-2022, and is member of the Long Island Association’s Young Professionals Committee. She has been published in the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Law Journal and was appointed as the Vice Chair of the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Committee of the American Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division for the 2017 – 2018 term. Priscilla also serves as an associate mentor, is active with the Rivkin Radler Women’s Initiative and was a member of the Firm’s 2017 Leadership Initiative Committee.

In her spare time, Priscilla enjoys traveling and reading.
