Sean N. Simensky concentrates his practice on general corporate representation of companies, with a specific emphasis on dental, veterinary, and other healthcare practices and health services clients.

Sean represents dentists and other healthcare providers in the start-up, acquisition or sale of their practice, corporate structuring, establishment of partnerships, associate contracts, employee matters, and general contract review.

Sean also assists clients with general business matters, including selection and formation of business and practice entities, shareholder and operating agreements, employment and consulting agreements, and corporate severances. In addition, Sean supports clients in various aspects of mergers, acquisitions and dissolutions, including due diligence, negotiation, drafting and the closing of transactions.

Sean was honored by Long Island Business News as a 2019 “30 Under 30” award recipient.

Graduating valedictorian of his class from LIU Post, Sean earned degrees in history, political science, and sociology. While attending Hofstra University School of Law, he served as Editor-in-Chief of the American College of Trust and Estate Law Counsel (ACTEC) Law Journal.

Sean enjoys playing golf and tennis and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Grenville Baker Boys & Girls Club, currently serving as Assistant Treasurer.
