Rivkin Radler Welcomes Four New Associates
January 27, 2016 | | |Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Sean Gorton, Ada Kozicz, Steven Lee and Sean Simensky have joined the firm as Associates.
Sean Gorton, of Merrick, NY is a member of the Firm’s Insurance Fraud practice group. He focuses his practice on insurance fraud with an emphasis on insurance fraud issues and the resulting complex litigation.
After graduating from Villanova University, with a B.A., Sean attended The George Washington University Law School, where he received his Juris Doctor.
Ada Kozicz, of Yorktown Heights, NY, is a member of the Firm’s Health Services practice group. She concentrates her practice on regulatory and transactional matters within the health care industry. Ada represents health care providers, medical groups, hospitals, outpatient facilities, and other business entities that serve the health care industry. She advises clients on a wide variety of legal matters, including formation of business entities, joint ventures, employment negotiations, and compliance programs involving Medicaid and Medicare, Stark and Anti-Kickback law, the False Claims Act, and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
After graduating from Boston University, Ada attended Maurice A. Deane School at Hofstra University, where she received her Juris Doctor magna cum laude.
Steven Lee, of Ozone Park, NY, is a member of the Firm’s Insurance Fraud practice group. He focuses his practice on insurance defense and no-fault insurance fraud matters.
After graduating from State University of New York at Geneseo, Steven attended Maurice A. Deane School at Hofstra University, where he received her Juris Doctor cum laude.
Sean Simensky, of Locust Valley, NY, is a member of the Firm’s Corporate practice group. He concentrates his practice on general corporate representation of private national and international companies. Sean assists clients with general business matters, including selection and formation of business entities, review and analysis of shareholder and operating agreements, and corporate severances. In addition, Sean supports clients in various aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and the closing of transaction.
After graduating from Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus, Sean attended Maurice A. Deane School at Hofstra University, where he received his Juris Doctor.
