Health Law Executive Briefings: Welcome to the ICE Age—A New Era of Immigration Enforcement

The presentation will focus on:
- What do you do if ICE shows up at your door to conduct an arrest or detention of a foreign national, and are there any special considerations for health care facilities?
- What happens during a DHS/USCIS site inspection?
- What do you do if you receive an I-9 Notice of Inspection from ICE?
- What are some of the major changes on the horizon for sponsored non-immigrants?
