4 Rivkin Radler Attorneys Named 2025 New Jersey Super Lawyers® Rising Stars

Jenna Gabay of Demarest, NJ, has been named a New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2019. She is a partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property, and Trusts & Estates practice groups, where she represents pharmaceutical and other corporate clients in both federal and state court in complex commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, restrictive covenants, unfair competition, trade secrets, defamation, copyright, trademark, and patent cases.
