6 Rivkin Radler Partners to Present at USLAW Virtual Retreat

Six attorneys from Rivkin Radler will be speakers at USLAW Network’s virtual retreat, which takes place September 30 through October 9. The retreat is intended for general counsel, in-house counsel, heads and managers of claims and risk, C-suite executives, and other legal decision makers.

The program will cover issues beyond COVID-19, projecting what the future will look like in the next 12-36 months. Attendees will be eligible for a minimum of eight hours of continuing legal education credit.

On September 30, Tamika Hardy, a partner in the firm’s Banking, Commercial Litigaton and Employment & Labor Practice Groups, will discuss emerging labor and employment issues in New York as part of the Home Field Advantage segment.

On October 2, David S. Wilck, a partner in the firm’s Directors & Officers, Intellectual Property and Professional Liability Practice Groups, will take part in the retreat’s  5-Minute Drill on timely issues in professional liability.

On October 5, Matthew V. Spero, a partner in the firm’s Bankruptcy, Commercial Litigation and Corporate Practice Groups, will present on general business legal trends as part of the Home Field Advantage segment.

On October 6, Matthew A. Lampert, a partner in the firm’s Compliance, Investigations & White Collar and General Liability Practice Groups, will take part in the Home Field Advantage program on emerging civil litigation issues.

Finally, on October 9, Cheryl F. Korman, a partner in the firm’s Appeals Practice Group, and Yaron J. Kornblum, a partner in the firm’s Real Estate, Zoning & Land Use Practice Group, will offer their perspective on appellate law and real estate, respectively, as part of the retreat’s Home Field Advantage: 2021 and Beyond segment.
