Alan Eagle to present at a NYSBA CLE program.

Alan Eagle, a partner in the firm’s Insurance Coverage & Litigation Practice Group, will be a speaker at the May 3, 2013 New York State Bar Association CLE program entitled,” Advanced Insurance Practice: Hot Topics, Tough Issues and a Look Ahead.” Mr. Eagle’s topic is, “Look Back-Top Ten Insurance Coverage Decisions in the Past Year — and a Peek Through the Look Glass – What decisions have changed the paradigm? What’s on the horizon?

The program will be held at the New Yorker Hotel, New York City.
