Alan Eagle to speak at the NYS Bar Association’s Insurance CLE
June 1, 2012 |Alan Eagle will speak at the NYSBA CLE on the topic of, “Update on CGL Policy Defenses & Recap of Important Decisions,” which will cover:
- Discussion of exclusions such as expected or intended causes, contractual liability, employer’s liability, damage to property; and
- Late notice under the old and new law.
This basic-level course has been approved for 7 total MCLE credits (6 hours of professional practice and/or practice and 1 credit in Ethics) in New York for all attorneys, including newly admitted attorneys.
