Business Owners Seminar Series: Employment Lessons for 2021

The pandemic has taught us new ways of working, including managing a remote workforce. And a new administration, coupled with a new year, means changes to employment and labor laws.
Join us on March 18 at 8:30am via Zoom. Mike Mulè, a partner in Rivkin Radler’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group, will host an interactive presentation by John Diviney, an Employment and Labor Practice partner. Topics will include:
- How Covid has changed the reasonable expectations of employers and employees;
- Whether an employer will be able to prevent remote work when herd immunity has been achieved;
- Whether an employer can mandate that all employees receive a Covid vaccine; and
- What changes in employment laws will take effect this year.
