Feuer, Epstein and Simensky Represent Developer in $63.1 Million Financing
February 14, 2022 |Scott Feuer, Harvey Epstein and Sean Simensky represented a New York-based developer in the refinancing of a luxury town home project in Woodbury, New York. The construction loan facility in the aggregate amount of $63.1 million is to complete the redevelopment of a former country club property with 76 new luxury town homes, a fitness center and related improvements.
