Hardy Obtains Dismissal in Discrimination Case

Tamika Hardy obtained dismissal on behalf of her client in a discrimination matter pending before the Division of Human Rights. The claimant asserted pregnancy, sex, disability  and national origin discrimination claims based on from  her termination two days after she returned from maternity leave.  The Division found that there was no probable cause to believe that the client engaged in or is engaging in any unlawful discriminatory practice.
