Krinick Named One of Long Island’s 60 Most Influential Long Islanders

Krinick was featured in Long Island Business News’ “60 Most Influential Long Islanders of 2023.” The special section highlights chosen leaders across a variety of industries whose influence has impacted the Long Island community in a profound way.
Evan, a Plainview, NY, resident, is a member of the firm’s Appeals, Commercial Litigation and Insurance Coverage practices. He also has been Rivkin Radler’s managing partner for the past nine years. During that time, he oversaw the growth of the firm from three offices and 140 attorneys to five offices and more than 200 attorneys. He founded the firm’s insurance fraud practice, which now includes more than 45 attorneys representing numerous carriers in multiple states.

Evan has argued close to 20 cases in the New York Court of Appeals on a variety of civil matters, and two criminal cases assigned by the Court. He has authored numerous amicus curiae briefs accepted by the NY Court of Appeal on issues of importance.
A member of the Long Island Association’s Board of Directors and a former member of the Touro Law School Board of Governors, Evan is also the former Chairman of the NY Mentoring Partnership’s Leadership Council.
A prolific writer, Evan writes a regular column on insurance fraud for the New York Law Journal, and he is the author of the annual insurance law summary for the New York Law Journal special section. He lectures frequently to the New York State Bar Association and in other venues on appellate practice, civil procedure, expert witnesses, insurance bad faith and insurance coverage.
Evan has been named to Best Lawyers in America® for the Appellate Practice and Insurance Law since 2018. Since 2015, he has been named to Super Lawyers’ New York Metro edition for Appellate Law.
