Rivkin Radler Associate Named to LIBN 30 Under 30

Sean N. Simensky concentrates his practice on general corporate representation of private national and international companies and not-for-profit corporations. He also represents financial institutions, private lenders and borrowers in loan transactions.
An associate in the Firm’s Banking and Corporate Practice Groups, Sean assists clients with general business matters including selection and formation of business entities, shareholder and operating agreements, employment and consulting agreements, and corporate severances. In addition, Sean supports clients in various aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, negotiation, drafting and the closing of transactions.
