Rivkin Radler Elects Four New Partners

Todd Belous is a member of the firm’s Professional Liability Practice Group, where he handles all aspects of litigation in the defense of malpractice claims asserted against professionals. Mr. Belous is a graduate of Syracuse University School of Law, cum laude. He received his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University.
George Choriatis is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Commercial and Health Services Practice Groups, where he focuses his practice on representing health systems, physician groups, independent practice associations, health centers, and other healthcare industry-related organizations in corporate and commercial transactions and regulatory compliance matters. He has extensive experience in the full array of legal issues arising in healthcare transactions as well as specific expertise in the development of clinically integrated delivery networks and hospital-physician alignment strategies. Mr. Choriatis is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law, with honors. He received his undergraduate degree from Hofstra University, with honors.
Joanne Engeldrum is a member of the firm’s Insurance Coverage & Litigation Practice Groups, where she represents insurance companies in all aspects of complex litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion and trial practice, and appellate procedure. Ms. Engeldrum is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law, cum laude. She received her undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University.
Keith Grover is a member of the firm’s Insurance Coverage & Litigation and Professional Liability Practice Groups, where he litigates in state and federal courts with an emphasis on accident and construction/labor law, premises, automobile, municipal, product, and toxic tort liabilities. Mr. Grover is a graduate of Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. He received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
