Rivkin Radler Elects Four New Partners

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, is pleased to announce that Jacqueline Mecchella Bushwack, Justin Calabrese, Scott Green and Geoffrey Kaiser have been elected Partners.

Jacqueline Mecchella Bushwack defends hospitals, physicians, adult care facilities, pharmaceutical companies, and others in suits alleging medical and dental malpractice, nursing home negligence, toxic exposures, and products liability. Jackie’s clients also include landowners, landlords, and management companies in cases involving premises liability, construction accidents, lead paint poisoning, and asbestos exposure.

Justin Calabrese represents insurers combating fraud. He is experienced in investigating and litigating insurance fraud, especially claims involving healthcare, property damage, and employment-related matters.  Justin instructs healthcare, automobile, and property insurers on proper claims handling practices and investigation techniques.

Scott Green handles all aspects of labor and employment litigation.  He has defended management against hundreds of employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims in federal and state courts and before various federal, state, and local administrative bodies. 

Jeff Kaiser has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, concentrating his legal practice on health care fraud and regulatory compliance issues, white collar criminal defense, False Claims Act litigation, integrity monitoring, and internal investigations. Before joining Rivkin Radler, Jeff served for nearly 10 years in the Criminal Divisions of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
