Rivkin Radler Welcomes 3 Attorneys

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler, is pleased to announce that Alex Rukab, Kyle White, and Rebecca Yin have joined the firm as associates.

Alex Rukab, of Jacksonville, FL, has joined the Class Actions, Commercial Litigation, Insurance Coverage, and Insurance Fraud Groups in the firm’s Jacksonville office, where he practices mainly in the area of complex commercial litigation, with a focus on class actions and insurance related matters. Alex received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Kyle White, of Jacksonville Beach, FL, has joined the Insurance Fraud Group in the firm’s Jacksonville office, where he represents insurance companies in complex litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Kyle was an Associate at a commercial litigation firm in Jacksonville. He received his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law.

Rebecca Yin, of Carlstadt, NJ, has joined the Professional Liability Group in the firm’s New Jersey office. Prior to joining the firm, Rebecca served as a law clerk to the Honorable Greta Gooden Brown, now a presiding judge of the New Jersey Appellate Division. She earned her Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
