Rivkin Radler Welcomes 4 Attorneys

Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler, is pleased to announce that Alexander Blisko, Jordan Bryant, Katherine Lalor, and Jessica Flores Lynch have joined the firm as associates.

Alexander Blisko, of Flushing, NY, has joined the Insurance Fraud Group in the firm’s Uniondale office. He helps insurers prosecute complex civil lawsuits under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Alexander served as an Assistant District Attorney in Queens County, where he handled various aspects of prosecution for felony and misdemeanor cases. He earned his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.

Jordan Bryant, of Jacksonville, FL, has joined the Insurance Fraud Group in the firm’s Jacksonville office. She practices commercial litigation involving complex insurance matters, appeals, class actions, fraud, defense of personal injury protection (PIP) claims, and various general issues raised throughout litigation. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Jordan obtained statewide litigation experience in the areas of first-party property insurance and breach of contract, as well as litigation experience under Florida and federal disability law. She earned her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law.

Katherine Lalor, of Massapequa, NY, has joined the Insurance Fraud Group in the firm’s Uniondale office, with deep experience in no-fault insurance law. Prior to joining the firm, Katherine was an in-house counsel associate at an insurance company, where she represented the company at arbitration hearings, conducted Examinations Under Oath, and investigated fraudulent no-fault claims. She received her Juris Doctor from Touro Law Center.

Jessica Flores Lynch, of Rockville Centre, NY, has joined the Insurance Coverage Group in the firm’s Uniondale office. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Jessica worked as a litigation associate at a regional law firm where she represented clients in a wide variety of civil, commercial and complex litigation cases. She earned her Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School.
