Rivkin Radler Welcomes New Attorney
March 13, 2019 | |Uniondale, New York – March 2019 – Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that Jennifer Abreu has joined the firm as an Associate.
Jennifer Abreu has joined the firm’s Compliance, Investigations & White Collar and Insurance Fraud Practice Groups.
Jennifer helps insurers prosecute civil lawsuits under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, including affirmative actions to recover insurer claim payments to physicians, medical clinics, attorneys, public adjusters and others involved in complex, large-scale insurance fraud schemes.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Jennifer served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Trial Division of the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, where she successfully prosecuted a wide variety of felony cases, including murder, attempted murder, assault, robbery, gun possession and larceny-related offenses. She supervised misdemeanor and felony assistants in the Early Case Assessment Bureau and provided legal counsel to other law enforcement agencies. Jennifer was a member of the Summer Fellowship Hiring Board.
