Rivkin Radler Welcomes New Attorneys David M. Grill and Joshua M. Tare

Uniondale, New York – October 2011 – William M. Savino, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler LLP, has announced that David M. Grill and Joshua M. Tare have joined the firm as Partners in the Litigation & Appeals Practice Group.

David M. Grill, of Melville, has extensive experience in commercial litigation where he concentrates his practice in the areas of construction, real estate and landlord-tenant litigation.  Additionally, Mr. Grill has substantial experience negotiating and drafting construction contracts.  He represents major developers, landlords, general contractors and trade contractors

Mr. Grill earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, where he was a Dean’s Merit Scholar and a member of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law.  He was recognized as a Super Lawyer in the field of Construction Litigation in 2006, 2010, and 2011, respectively.

Joshua M. Tare, of Englewood, NJ, focuses his practice in the areas of landlord-tenant disputes and real estate litigation.  His broad range of experience has included representing landlords and tenants in commercial and residential litigation in New York State Supreme Court, Civil Court of the City of New York, Westchester Civil Courts, as well as various administrative agencies, including the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal and the New York City Environmental Control Board.

Mr. Tare has substantial experience litigating real estate issues concerning non-primary residence, assignment and sublet, succession, overcharge, and various complex commercial and residential real estate disputes.   Mr. Tare earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School.
