Wilck and Fyman Victorious
March 6, 2014 | | | |David Wilck and Avigael Fyman prevailed on their motion to dismiss on behalf of their client, an attorney who was being sued for malicious prosecution arising out of his representation of whistleblowers in claims against the Trinity Broadcast Network, the world’s largest Christian broadcaster. With their client facing multiple lawsuits in both New York and California, Wilck and Fyman successfully coordinated a national litigation strategy which ultimately resulted in the dismissal of all New York claims against their client based upon lack of personal jurisdiction.
