Wilck Elected to USLAW Network 2024-25 Board of Directors
October 3, 2024Rivkin Radler is pleased to announce that partner David Wilck was elected to the 2024-25 USLAW Network Board of Directors. Joining David is an impressive leadership roster including Kenneth B. Wingate, Chair, of Sweeny, Wingate & Barrow in Columbia, South Carolina; Jennifer D. Tricker, Vice Chair, of Baird Holm in Omaha, Nebraska; Tamara B. Goorevitz, Secretary/Treasurer, of Franklin & Prokopik, in Baltimore, Maryland; and newest member Sandra L. Rappaport of Hanson Bridgett.
David is a partner in the firm’s directors & officers liability, intellectual property, and professional liability practice groups, where he defends attorneys, accountants, directors and officers, insurance agents and brokers, real estate agents, debt collectors, and third-party administrators.
Board members serve a two-year term and are expected to act as fiduciaries to USLAW Network. They are also tasked with providing oversight for all activities that advance the Network’s mission, objectives, effectiveness and sustainability, suggest and lead potential initiatives and programs that serve USLAW members, delegating authority to the Network’s association management company as appropriate, and monitoring and evaluating the implementation of policies, strategies, and initiatives, among other responsibilities.
