Wilck and Fyman Successfully Defeat Claims Against Accountant

David Wilck and Avigael Fyman obtained a successful result on behalf of their client, an accountant, in an action alleging claims for malpractice and fraud.  After the plaintiffs’ claims against their client were discontinued, Wilck and Fyman successfully opposed the co-defendants’ motion to amend their answer and bring the accountant back into the litigation via a third-party claim alleging breaches of a Kovel agreement and joint defense agreement.
